Thanksgiving week

We had a great Thanksgiving here. We were just too whooped to travel again after Disnyeworld and I was fighting off a nasty relapse of my ear/sinus infection. Making it to work that week was about all I could muster. I could not even begin to think about unpacking or repacking so soon. It all turned out great. We had a great Thanksgiving day at my Nanny's in Grapevine. Paran Aaron was there so the girls are always excited to see him. That night my parents gave us the best suprise by bringing my grandparents from Raceland to visit us. They had not yet been to our house. I wasn't quite sure if they were up for the trip, but they made it just fine and we had such a good time.

Madison says our family has way too many birthday's clumped together......I don't know what he means.....well maybe I do. I left my name off the community cake becuase I ran out of room.

The day after Thanksgiving we had another wonderful visit. About a month before, I received a letter in the mail from the original owners of our house. Tanya, the mother, asked if while they were visiting family in town, could come and see the house. It was actually a request of her oldest son. It was so neat to meet them and learn how much thought and love they put into building this house. They actually did a lot of work themselves. We found out so many neat treasures about our house.....and some helpful stuff too. Here are some pictures of them while they were here.

The mystery of who all those hands belong to is finally solved

Now that we have met the Moore's they will forever be a part of this home for us. They are such a neat and special family. I think our view of this place is so similar. They dreamed this house up with the idea of raising a family and growing old here just like we do. It is the perfect home!
